What a guy! Contacted Greame late on a Friday afternoon about a blocked external drain and he was here within the hour. Provided a fantastic service, unblocked the offending drain and then spent additional time cleaning out other drain points and making sure everything was working well. Called Drain GP to unblock a drain. Graeme (the owner) arrived exactly on time and provided what I can only describe as a truly  excellent service, not just clearing the blockage, but jetting the other drains too. One day I saw Drain GP’s van in my street and straight away I googled and saw that they had many 5 star reviews.  So a few months later when there was gurgling coming from my shower drain when neighbour upstairs drained their bath, I didn’t hesitate to call Graeme.  He was quick to return my call and booked him in the next day.  Graeme was fantastic at his job.  Very knowledgable and sorted a partial blockage in the flat’s shared drain.  We have had issues before in our flat and previous drain guy we felt ripped us off but went ahead as it was Xmas Eve and no one in the flats could turn on the taps as there was a full blockage. I have told anyone who will listen that I have now found my drain guy should we have any more issues.  Graeme was friendly, professional and hard working.  He also cleans up after himself even when I said no need.  Icing on the cake is that he is very reasonably priced. Really glad to have had Graeme to investigate and fix a water leak.  He responded and visited within the hour. He was really thorough,  testing and checking all possibilities to find the source of a leak under the floor of our tenement building. Despite how wet and grotty it was,  as well as the really confined space, Graeme was determined and for the waders on, crawled into the most awkward space, and kept working at it until he found and fixed the issue. It could have easily involved ripping up tiles and floors for his ease, but he was amazing in looking for the solution that was least disruptive to my home, even if it was harder work for him from the crawl space. He's a lovely and helpful guy, clearly his expertise and experience shows. I've recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
